WHY A HANDMADE HOTEL
At the hotel Palladio furniture
and cakes, tiles, pasta and much more are handmade using
the ancient (or innovative) Sicilian techniques. Being
a charme hotel in Sicily means
for us also contributing to preserve and to make known, in
our small ways, fragments of the age-old
heritage of the culture of craft and of the traditional
Sicilian cuisine. We
believe this to be one of the possible ways to share with
travelers the spirit of our wonderful land.

THE HOTEL
The location opposite
the beach. In
the historical center of
the town, called the Land
of the gardens, which was the fishermen and agricultural
village of Taormina, the Hotel
Palladio stands
opposite a sandy
beach with an equipped lido.
The rooms & suites between
design and tradition
Equipped with modern facilities they tell us of the antique
Sicily with their colours,
the original furniture and handicrafts.
At Breakfast we
only serve natural products, fresh and home-made: with
the cakes, focaccia and pies of the Sicilian tradition, all
of them home-baked, season fruit, salamis, cold cuts and
typical cheese, organic marmalade, jam and honey.
Bar and restaurant up
in the terrace suspended over the sea, to discover the
Sicilan cuisine. Open
from April to September every day from midday to 10.30pm.
Our lady cooks prepare everything on the moment using
exclusively the best products, fresh and local, for a
natural and healthy cuisine

Situated in
front of the beach stretching along the promenade of
Giardini Naxos, the Hotel Palladio is a charme hotel with
balconies and terraces overlooking the splendid bay and
the cliffs of the mount in Taormina. The hotel is born from
the extension of a family residence of the late nineteenth
century and it still retains the atmosphere
and attentive care of hospitality of the old Sicilian houses.
The renovation of 2010, made in utter respect for the

a colorful and sunny design inspired
by the materials and practice of the craft of Sicily. The

Who we are
We are a family of travelers that in 1978 has expanded and
made into a hotel their home, built in late 1800. Together
with our staff, who have been working with us for many
years, we try
to make an ethically responsible hospitality. For us,
this means constant attention to the needs of our guests,
transparency of rates, respect for the environment (among
other things, the courtesy products and those we use for
cleaning are certified Ecolabel), enhancement
of the area distinctiveness and a strict control of the
quality and origin of the products we offer. Therefore
among our suppliers there are the
Association Libera
Terra that
farms, according to the rules of organic farming, those
lands that have been confiscated to the mafia by the
Government; the Slow
Food presidia in Sicily,
the fair
trade.
